Why doesnt Montreal have its farm team in Quebec city? The players would become more acclimatized to the language and more QMJHL FAs may be attracted. It may not help the Euros speakit inglsh though.

The next winter Olympics in Canada should be in Quebec City. Really, no debate whatsoever. If Canada feel it's possible to invest 3B$ in Vancouver to host the games, Quebec City with a similar amount would do it...
